The Hole bassiste will be able to add that title to her resumé when the new edition of "Paper" hits the newsstands this week.

Auf Der Maur will be spotted on the cover reclining in a blue silk dress adorned with a few bits of flora.

Inside the issue, the bassiste holds court on her love of photography, her bands illfated tour with Marilyn Manson and how she initially shunned the chance to play with Hole. "It felt bad" Auf Der Maur tells "Paper". "I've told it a million times and it's not like anybody, but I did say no." She says of how she considered to stay in college and be with her boyfriend.

Auf Der Maur tells the magazine how a little encouragement from Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan and Hole singer Courtney Love helped to change her mind. The story also adresses the bond between Auf Der Maur and Love, who hails her bandmate as "a goddess". You can decide how appropriate that assessment is when "Paper" hits the newsstands.
